Nicole Story, EDS, Chief Executive Officer, joined Atlantic Restoration Council (ARC Houses) in 2004 and brings more than 2 decades of professional real estate experience, balancing a data driven business strategy approach, real estate expertise and a demonstrated proficiency in leading consumer-facing initiatives while personally interfacing with her tenants on a human level.

She obtained her Bachelors degree from Rollins College, Winter Park and her Masters and Post-Masters degrees from the University of Florida - Go Gators!

Her CEO and Landlord positions includes acquisitions, marketing, advertising, property listings, digital strategy, property research, screening tenants, completing lease agreements, collecting payments, managing repairs/property upgrades/remodels/contractors, interior and exterior design, HOA communications/compliance, and enforcing lease agreements.

Nicole has served on the boards of numerous local agencies and homeowners committees, including the Covington Creek HOA Board, and the Queen's Harbour Yacht and Country Club 2030 Strategic Planning Committee. She also served the as President of 2 local PTSAs (Fletcher Middle and Douglas Anderson School of the Arts), as the President of the Beaches Resource Center Foundation, the Fundraising Chair of the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens Up and Cummers, and is a Strategic Partner member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and an affiliate member of the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association. 

She assists her tenants with navigating community resources and our Duval County Public Schools system including magnet, private and charter schools. She and her husband are also UNF parents and she has extended off-campus housing to UNF, JU and FSCJ students, without rental history.

With a leadership background in non profit, having managed several non-profit programs and served on numerous boards; with a compassion for people, children and animals, Nicole offers all of her properties as Pet Friendly, and considers ALL applications to rent (including previous bankruptcy, no credit, students, multiple animals, etc.) with no application fees or pet rent.
