All of our houses are in highly desirable locations with excellent school districts/options, have fully fenced backyards, are very pet friendly (no pet rent) and may include laundry (no extra charge) if needed.


We do not charge application fees and consider all applicants!

We have strong relationships with local realtors and pay a 10 % of 1 month's rent finders /co op fee.

Since Covid-19 and a very high demand for our homes, we are limiting in person tours to serious inquiries only.

All roommates should be included in the scheduled tour.
